The data format for call blocking is

number #label

    • The number must use international format starting with +countrycode
    • A space must separate the number from the hash tag

Noteworthy

Using copy from call list actually adds spaces into the phone number and surrounds the phone number with invisible text markers. Bulk load is smart enough to handle this. It will silently remove spaces and markers.
